Ethelflaed: The White Lady

Ethelflaed was Alfred the Great and his wife, Ealhswith’s much-loved eldest daughter. She was betrothed to the King of Mercia and showed much spirit as a fearless warrior in her own right. Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into an elegant coupe glass, garnished with a twist of orange peel.
