Hawkridge Distillers works with some of the world’s most recognised hospitality brands from top hotels and wedding venues to Michelin Star restaurants.
From product design to flavour profiling (often using bespoke botanicals), our distillers create luxurious and exclusive spirit expressions that make the guest experience at these venues totally unique.
The Lanesborough, London
One of the most exclusive hotels in Europe, The Lanesborough exudes quality in every aspect of its brand. The creation of The Lanesborough Gin demanded the very best of our teams. A delightfully smooth gin infused with a medley of botanicals inspired by the floras of the Royal Gardens of Hyde, St James’s and Green Park adjacent to the hotel.
The Belfry
The Belfry Hotel and resort is a hugely popular British venue. The board were seeking a partner who could create a centrepiece spirit range which would look at home in its famous and stylish Brabazon Bar. The creation of this customised masterpiece was a labour of love between the Hawkridge and the Belfry teams. Using botanicals and honey harvested from the three golf courses, each sip of this wonderfully complex gin contains flavours of the Belfry.
Alain Roux’s Waterside Inn
Using Alain Roux’s own exacting standards, the Hawkridge team created two exquisite, and botanically rich expressions. Using a three-stage distillation process, we created both varieties using a combination of locally picked botanicals including blackcurrant leaves, wild gorse petals, rose and lavender. A gin fit for one of the best palates in the world.
Ram’s Skull Golden - Cask 5 Year Aged Rum
One of the UK’s leading chains of wedding venues has launched a range of spirits, all made by the Hawkridge team. Ram’s Skull gin is a perfect complement to the client’s gins and vodka. Exceptionally rich in flavour, this complex rum offers sweet woody notes that combine with the vanilla and tobacco tones one would expect from the Caribbean islands from which we have selected each one of its three blends.
