Situated in West Berkshire in the heart of the North Wessex Downs (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), we feel Hawkridge has an opportunity to reflect the beauty and purity of its surroundings through its products. Craft spirits create a perfect canvas for us to represent our local environment both artistically through our bottle and label designs and in the flavours of the spirits we produce.   Grains, flowers, herbs, and berries are abundant across Berkshire, which are the foundation of our spirits.  Whenever we can, we love to harvest and use local botanicals in the development of each new expression.
