Hawkridge Distillers is among the UK’s most esteemed distilleries, renowned for crafting spirits of distinction for some of the world’s most recognisable establishments and figures. This year, we have partnered with the legendary chef Alain Roux, to carefully curate a unique and exceptional whisky that is complex, but also imparts fruitiness and floral notes.
We also offer premium American oak barrel bourbon asks, with notes of vanilla, honey, and tropical fruit, a signature Tonnellerie Radoux French oak cask with complex flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove with notes of vanilla and toasted bread, and a sherry cask prized for depth, balance and smoothness.
