Learn to make gin from the best.  Join a 2.5 hour session with our multi-award winning distilling team in which you will take charge of a special custom built 5L alembic still on which you will develop and distil your very own unique London Dry Gin. Lessons for one and shared sessions for two (on one still) are available.

• Development of your own London Dry Gin recipe.
• Guidance and supervision throughout the whole production process.
• A personalised label on the gorgeous 70cl Hawkridge bottle in which you will carry home your bespoke gin. (Typically at 42% ABV)
• 10% Discount on all purchases of our spirits, experiences or merchandise purchased on the date of your booking.
• If you choose to share a still between two, you will share the 70cl bottle of gin you create.
• Hawkridge Distillers will keep your recipe on file so that you can order more bottles of your bespoke gin creation from us in the future.
