On the nose, discover the delicate interplay of honeyed heather and orchard fruits leading to a velvety palate of warm vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, with whispers of smokiness.

An Exciting Partnership

Hawkridge Distillers partnered with the renowned Berkshire-based celebrity chef, Alain Roux, to produce this initial release, using carefully selected oak casks.

Crafted in Hampstead Norreys, Berkshire, a site rich in history and natural beauty, Hawkridge Distillers celebrates England’s growing contribution to the world of whisky. “English whisky is on the rise, and we’re proud to be part of its exciting resurgence,” says Phil Howarth, Managing Director of Hawkridge. “With this beautiful single malt, we’ve embraced England’s unique terroir and approach to whisky-making to create something genuinely special. This is a whisky that not only honours tradition but also pushes boundaries.”

Our packaging is biodegradable, and two thirds of the company’s vehicles are now fully electric. This vision extends to our modern distillery, located in a 17th Century barn, which blends seamlessly into the picturesque English countryside.
