Deep in the West Berkshire countryside, just a stone’s throw away from the brewery, rising serpent-like from the banks of the River Pang lies Dragon Hill. The rich flora and fauna on the hillside and surrounding countryside have inspired the flavours of our premium London dry gin.

Juniper leads to subtle floral notes of lavender, wild blackcurrant and rose, followed by citrus, smoothed with a dash of local honey - and as we’re brewers, there’s a delicate infusion of our mosaic hops to finish. A long, smooth and complex flavour, perfect for sipping neat over ice.

For a great gin and tonic we always recommend using a great premium tonic such as Fever Tree or Franklin’s in a Copa glass with plenty of ice. Mix approximately three parts tonic to one part gin and garnish with pink grapefruit or a citrus segment such as lime or orange.
