There are many ways to enjoy our spirits – and a classic gin and tonic is a great place to start.
For the perfect Blowing Stone London Dry gin and tonic, mix approximately three parts tonic to one part gin and garnish with pink grapefruit or a citrus segment such as lime or orange. We always recommend using a great premium tonic such as Fever Tree or Franklin’s in a Copa glass with plenty of ice.
The only thing left to do is join your friends and enjoy!

First, squeeze the limes for the juice. Using fresh lime juice is a must when creating cocktails. Slice about five 1/2″ thick pieces of cucumber. Next, add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it becomes a slushie! Pour into the glass of your choice and enjoy!
Cut the limes into approximately 16 pieces. Squeeze 2 pieces of lime into each of the 8 glasses. Add the squeezed flesh to each glass after. Cut the watermelon into cubes and divide between the glasses. Add ice to each glass. Add your chosen Hawkridge gin! Top with chilled tonic water. Serve and enjoy!
Mix approximately three parts tonic to one part gin (we always recommend using a great premium tonic such as Fever Tree or Franklin’s). Pour into a copa glass (or your favourite glass) with plenty of ice. Garnish with pink grapefruit or a citrus segment such as lime or orange. Enjoy!
Pour the gin, lemon juice and grapefruit juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake. Put several large chunks of ice into a beautiful tumbler. Pour over your mixture and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and fresh basil leaves.
Into a shaker add your Dubonnet and The Guards Gin. Stir with a bar spoon until fully chilled. In a rocks glass add two ice cubes and a lemon wedge. Strain cocktail into the rocks glass and over the ice and lemon. Serve.
Add 25ml fresh lemon juice to shaker. Add 20ml Simple sugar syrup. Add 50ml “The Guards” Gin. Add egg white or the vegan substitute: chickpea water. Add egg white or the vegan substitute: chickpea water. Firmly shake the mixture. It requires a lot of shaking to break up the texture of the egg white. Fill a high-bowl glass with ice to the brim. Double strain the mixture into the glass. Top off with 30ml of Prosecco. Garnish the cocktail with fresh Mint and lemon peel.
Refreshing, rich, incredibly moreish our Saxon Gin Bramble looks luxurious and tastes heavenly. For biggest impact, smash up ice and fill your best crystal tumblers with it. Add The Blowing Stone London Dry gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and Crème de Muir (or blackberry liqueur). Stir gently and garnish with a blackberry or raspberry.
If Vikings had gin, this would most certainly have been a favourite cocktail for them. A classic cocktail easily put together for a big impact. In a cocktail shaker load your ice, the Blowing Stone London Dry gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake it like a viking for 20 seconds or until your hands get too cold.
Ethelflaed was Alfred the Great and his wife, Ealhswith’s much-loved eldest daughter. She was betrothed to the King of Mercia and showed much spirit as a fearless warrior in her own right. Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into an elegant coupe glass, garnished with a twist of orange peel.
Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients. Shake. Pour into margarita glass using hawthorne and fine strainer. Float lime wheel on top to garnish and serve.
Fill half of glass with ice, add al ingredients apart from prosecco. Stir using bar spoon. Top with prosecco, add strawberry to the side of glass and serve.
Fill half of glass with ice, add all ingredients apart from soda, stir using bar spoon. Top with soda, sprinkle over half a tea spoon of 'Pop a Ball' Shimmer Strawberry Bursting Bubbles, give gentle stir and lemon slice and serve.
